Introducing our new WOMEN ONLY surf fitness class, for beginner and intermediate surfers.
In conjunction with Active and Healthy Gold Coast.
Meeting at Currumbin Alley 9:30 every Friday for 4 weeks in June then 4 weeks after July school holidays
90 min surf fitness class
Combining beach-based fitness and yoga
Beginner surf lesson or intermediate surf skills
Improve strength, flexibility, balance, fitness, confidence and fun for surfing.
Boards and wetsuits will be provided to anyone who doesn't have their own.

Fitness Program by Sally MacKinnon
Sally MacKinnon is a fully qualified, registered and experienced surf, yoga and fitness instructor. "I love working with women in all these practices and run classes in both the Southern and Northern Gold Coast. I’m also passionate about these practices in my own life and combine them constantly to improve my surfing. I’ve produced a Surf-Yoga DVD and wrote the book “the dharma of surfing: wisdom from the water for life” in 2016. I particularly love working with Surf Easy Surf School and collaboratively creating opportunities for women to surf confidently and happily.
