Women’s 6 week surfing program

At the beginning of each new season, we commence our Women’s 6 week Surfing Program.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

  • Adult women of all levels and ages
  • From beginner surfers through to advanced

What can you expect?

  • A combination of surf, strength, stretch and breathing exercises with unique surfing lessons.
  • 1.5-hour sessions 6am – 7.30am every Wednesday over the 6 week program
  • Meet other women interested in surfing
  • An amazing way to start your day!
